Launched in November 2021, HOLDEE was born from the passion of solving complex problems by gathering people’s collective intelligence, mixing it with data analytics, and transforming it into meaningful insights, robust concepts, and actionable plans.

Founder & Lead Consultant

Diana brings 15+ years of experience as a management consultant in Pricing, Revenue Management & overall Commercial Excellence. Her experience comes from being an in-house consultant for global manufacturing companies and for a leading consulting firm before founding HOLDEE GmbH – a pricing-focused management consulting practice.

Diana is an experienced Manager and a B2B Pricing Management Consultant with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a collaborative way of working. She has extensive experience in facilitating workshops, orchestrating work towards deliverables and managing stakeholders.
